Submitting a New Location

Please browse through the list below before adding a new location. It is sorted by state and location name. If the location is already within the database, your new submission will not be approved.

Step 1 of 2

The first step is to create the location record and main PANICd# for the location. After entering the name, you will be able to add additional information about the location. You will be notified via e-mail when the location record has been approved which will allow you to go back into the database and enter the history, claims, evidence, resources, and comments about the location (depending on your membership level).
