This house no longer exists; however, in October of 2017, this area was excavated to find the foundation of the house that would prove the historical story that John Burns had told several people. Stories are just that. Stories and personal accounts that have been reported about the location.
This entire area was part of Lee's headquarters. There were also areas where the dead were gathered in preparation for the evacuation of the Confederate Army. Reports of phantom solider have been reported throughout the entire area.
